Our precision-engineered PTFE Plugs and Sleeves are the critical sealing heart of high-performance plug valves. Designed to provide a bubble-tight seal in the most demanding process conditions, these components eliminate the need for traditional lubrication while ensuring low-torque operation.

Technical Superiority

  • Self-Lubricating Interface: Crafted from high-purity Virgin PTFE or reinforced Specialty Compounds, our plugs offer an exceptionally low coefficient of friction. This reduces actuator torque requirements and prevents "stiction" even after long periods of inactivity.
